演员金孝珍表示：“盲肠手术之后将无法去香港拍摄外景。”本月1号下午2点，SBS新周末电视剧“幸福”在首尔的SBS大楼内举行了制作发表会。该片主演金孝珍于前往香港进行外景拍摄的三天前接受了盲肠手术。她的主治医生表示目前她还不能坐飞机。
金孝珍说：“从电视剧开拍的第一天起我就是忍着疼痛进行拍摄的。一到达片场就开始拍摄，当天最后一场戏好像是从妈妈那里逃跑的场面。刚开始时感到很疼，到后来连疼痛都感觉不到了。”而李勋称赞金孝珍说：“她真是一个了不起的演员，尽管医生让她不要太勉强，但是怀着对表演的热情，她完全没有把自己的安危放在心上。”
